Cole (Robert) Haisler '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello - 

My name is Cole Haisler. 

I am a HS Junior and 2025 prospect determined to make a young boy’s dream come true.  

You may be wondering what that dream is, or you may already know, but let me share. 

Since I was 10 years old, I have dreamed of playing professional baseball. 

As I gain an appreciation for the steps required to fulfill this dream, I am more motivated to work hard and never settle. 

Year round, I conduct unyielding daily workouts and professionally supervised training.  When I am not playing baseball, basketball, football, running track or training, I enjoy fishing and hiking.

My short term goal is to earn an opportunity to play baseball at an outstanding college and complete my Master’s Degree in Sports Management.  

As to what makes me different from the average student athlete, here are a few highlights. 

At 16 I am currently 6'4” and 185 lbs. My bench is 225 lbs. and I squat 365 lbs.  

My time in the 40 yd dash is 4.6, 60 yd dash is 6.8, velocity is 88-90 off the mound & 90's from the outfield. 

I possess several key traits required to be an elite baseball player. For starters, I am a good leader. 

I check in on my teammates and lift them up when they are struggling, both on and off the field. 

I offer support and companionship so they know they can count on me.  

I lead by example and hold myself accountable.  

On the field, I make it a priority to understand the rules, maintain my composure, and master the fundamentals & game situations. 

I routinely make in-game adjustments (base running, analyzing each at-bat, pitch selection/mechanics) and ensure good form in order to retain command and avoid injury. 

Remaining humble and carrying myself with strength and confidence is a must.  I strongly believe "if you are confident in your abilities, you feel good... if you feel good, you play good..." 

Whether my destiny ultimately includes baseball or not, I sincerely hope baseball will always be a part of my life.
