McKenzie Mansell '22 Recruiting Profile

Growing up a multi sport athlete, I focused most of my energy on soccer through middle school. After back to back season ending injuries on the pitch, I knew a soccer career was not in the cards for me. My freshman year I became laser focused on volleyball knowing I had a late start. This motivated me to outwork my competition and make an impact on my high school team and beyond.

 As a volleyball player there are many attributes that are out of my control. However, I am committed to never being outworked, having a leadership-minded attitude, and being the most coachable player on the court, always looking to improve my game.

  Volleyball is not just a hobby, it is part of who I am, following in the footsteps of my family in college sports. I can't wait to fulfill my dream of pursuing college sports and academics to become a dentist and am looking for a college that will allow me to compete at the highest level possible while completing my undergrad requirements for Dental School.
