Landon Ervin '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Landon Ervin. I fell in love with baseball when I was three years old. I have always been a leader on any sports team I have played on. I find joy in making myself and my teammates better. I believe that with hard work comes opportunity. With that being said, I work hard on and off the baseball diamond. I maintain a high GPA and take honors classes. My class rank is 39 out of 334 students. I scored a 23 on the ACT and an 1180 on the SAT. I pride myself on respect, determination, and hard work. So far, the highlight of my baseball career was catching the Texas Rangers 4th round draft pick, Mason Englert, sophomore year. I grew the most during the Texas State Tournament my sophomore year. During this time, I learned how to handle an energetic atmosphere and how to deal with pressure. I look forward to adding many more baseball memories in the future.
