Having the opportunity to not only start as a Freshman at Legacy Christian Academy, but to be part of a team that won district for the first time in several years, has been a great experience. The toughest part of my freshman years was maintaining good grades while taking advanced classes and keeping my commitment to not only the baseball program, but the football program. But my work ethic and discipline has allowed me to be successful on the athletic field as well as in the classroom. This will continue to benefit me throughout high school and college as I plan to play baseball in college, and continue to work hard to improve my athletic and academic skills through discipline and work ethic.
I have been fortunate to play for great coaches since I started playing baseball, both in High School and with the tournament team that I play with. They continue to challenge me to excel and force me to play out of my comfort zone at times which has also helped me grow.
I am looking for a college program that allows me to continue grow both athletically and academically. I believe that my character, work-ethic, leadership skills and athletic talent would allow me to contribute to a college baseball program.
