My name is Christian De La Cruz, I am a student at Glen Rose High School and I am a 2022 graduate. As a Junior, I stand 5'10 at 175lbs. First and foremost, I thank God every day for my family and the talents that he has given me. Ever since I was a little kid, I have always had the self motivation to work hard to fulfil my dreams to become what I want to be. When it comes to choosing a school, I'd like to find one that helps me explore my interests in Science and Mathematics as well as a great baseball program that I can be apart of. I will focus to do my part for the team on the field, on the mound and in the lineup. I take pride in being dedicated to bring the best of my abilities to be a team player. I will display dedication and perseverance to my team. I will listen and respect all the knowledge given to me by my teammates and coaching staff. I promise to prove my loyalty and honor to your school, in the classroom, on the field and out in public. You will not regret giving me a opportunity to play for your team.

As a Freshman I successfully organized and spearheaded bringing a new charter to our school known as First Priority; It is a student lead Christian club that provides a safe place for all students no matter their beliefs to come and hear the gospel; NJHS all through middle school; Awarded the Tom Adams Scholarship for Choir 2018; FPS State qualifier 2017/2018; 10th place in UIL State Number Sense 2018; UIL State qualifier 2015-2018 for Number Sense and Calculator Applications; STAAR Results for 2018- Perfect Score Mathematics, Perfect Score Science, 99% Social Studies, 87% English.
- ActivitiesStudent Council Delegate as a Freshman; Student Council Class Representative all through middle school; Lead First Priority at my HS every Wednesday; I love to sing. I am involved in my HS Varsity choir; Made our HS 10 person show choir; I am also apart of my churches youth praise band; I volunteer at our local nursing home and help support our church in their local mission projects; Every summer I visit a neighboring towns soup kitchen and volunteer my time to help them with whatever needs they may have at that time; I also love pizza.
