Brazos Gadler '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brazos Gadler. I am currently a senior in high school and will be graduating in 2021. I have been passionate about playing the game of baseball for most of my life. My goal is to continue to play highly competitive baseball while pursuing my college degree.

I’ve played on the highest level travel and club teams available to me since the age of 9 where I have enjoyed competing against many of the best teams in the region. I have consistently been at the top of my teams in most offensive categories. My speed has always been one of my strongest assets (6.5 60 currently)  and I have always lead my teams in stolen bases. My primary defensive position has been centerfield but I have played many other positions including pitcher,  corner outfield, short stop and second base. 

I have maintained an A average while taking advanced courses throughout my academic career where I have always been an honor roll student. I have also enjoyed playing football, basketball and track. I was the starting varsity center fielder on my High School team as a sophomore and was honored to be named second team All District as well as Academic All District in 2019.. I was also the starting varsity slot receiver on my school football team my junior year when my team made it to

the  regional finals in the playoffs. After the season I received second team All District honors as both receiver and return specialist.

I am still undecided on my future major but I am interested in a school with high academic standards as well as an interesting and dynamic campus environment where I can continue to grow and learn as I continue to compete in the sport that I love.
