Vincent Ori '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Vincent Ori, also known as "Diesel".  I was given that nickname by my Premier travel baseball coach when I was ten years old because I reminded him of Shaquille O'Neal.  Not because of my size he explained, but because of my consistent leadership, toughness, and dependability at the plate and behind it when the team needed me the most.  

As a catcher and middle linebacker, I continue today to use these traits to lead my teammates on the diamond and football field to be tough, play their best and win.  I cannot remember a time that I was not involved in baseball.  I have always dreamed of playing at the college level and beyond.  I have worked hard to bring my skills to the level that I can do so.  I am a fierce competitor and am unique from other recruits became I follow a simple, repeatable concept: outwork my competition and execute.
