As a collegiate student/athlete I want to set myself up for a successful future whether it be through playing baseball at the next level or pursuing a career outside of athletics. I love playing baseball more than anything and have enjoyed playing since tee ball. However, my parents have constantly reinforced the importance of education in my life, and as a result I have learned to dedicate myself to both the sport I love as well as my duties as a student. I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of the varsity team since freshman year and a starter since I was a sophomore. This early experience forced me into leadership early on. I love the role and enjoy the responsibilities that come with it.
