Freshman HighlightsPersonal Statement
Being a student athlete is what I have always been! My focus is on my sport and on my academics. I have always maintained outstanding grades in the classroom and advanced scores on my state assessments. I have been in NHS since 8th grade and truly know the importance of getting a solid education and pursuing my academic goals in college.
My collegiate goals are to graduate from college with a Civil Engineering degree. I am currently on the STEM graduation plan which is the most prestigious in our school system with a focus on Mathematics. My ultimate goal is play baseball at a competitive university while pursuing my academic needs. Baseball has been my life and I have achieved at a high rate in all of stats for as long as I have played the sport. Being a double sported athlete has made me the athlete that I am today as well a high achieving student.
I am looking for a program that suits my academic and athletic goals. I work hard in the classroom and live and breathe the sport of baseball. I have always known what it takes to be a leader to stick with goals. I am also a wide receiver on the NBHS football team as well as playing baseball year round. I know what it takes to achieve at a high level at both sports and academically. I have what it takes.

- I am the starting 2nd baseman on this team. We were the Elite Premier team last summer and went 30-4. I back up SS when SS goes to pitch. Cannot wait to just get back on the field. I bat 2 hole.

- Received invitation to go to OU Skip Johnson Tournament June 27-30 so add that to schedule. We have won both tournaments we have entered. Five Tool and Texas Showcase Circuit Wood Bat Tournament.
