Personal Statement

Baseball is what keeps me going and striving for more.

I began playing at age seven. Since then, I have played for several teams. My most memorable teams have been Sandcrabs 10u, Hooks 13u, and Premier baseball of Texas 13u. Recently, I tried out for the USA Baseball team and will move on to the next round in Dallas, Tx. Having these teams to play for has given me more experience on the high school field and against athletes older than me.

I started travel ball at age ten. Before that, I played Little League and had no experience of the game at all. Making a change that late, changed baseball for me forever. Entering high school,  I have found myself with a 3.9+ GPA.

I have many qualities to bring to a team. I have been told by many coaches and umpires that I am a team player and a very good situational hitter. I follow directions from my coaches I play for at all times. I portray good body language and I bring up my team when we are down.

Currently I am a Sophomore In highschool and we are competing in playoffs with the #1 team.

I am  6'0 and I weigh 190.

I am looking for a college that can help me enjoy the sport I love to play. The opportunity I have with my skill and education fuels my dream into playing at a college baseball level.
