Hank Bennett '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hank Bennett.  I am currently a freshman at Dallas College Eastfield.

Sports have been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember.  Growing up I’ve played football, golf, basketball and baseball. Baseball is my passion. It’s a game I love to play and a game that I excel at playing.

I started playing baseball at age 5 and primarily pitched, played first base, and third base.   After this past summer, I have focused on developing my skills as a pitcher (while still playing first base occasionally).

I take great pride in being a team leader. I prepare for and expect success; I expect to win.  Winning is an attitude. Winning is part of who I am.  Given the opportunity to continue toward my goal of achieving excellence both in the classroom and on the diamond, doing what I love, would truly be an amazing experience.

I am truly motivated to play baseball in college.  It has always been my goal, from the time I was in Little League...  I would love to move to the next level and hit the potential that I know I have.
