I’ve been playing travel baseball since I was 8 years old as a pitcher and infielder. I’ve played on a variety of highly competitive teams and - at a younger age - was named tournament MVP for two Ripken Tournaments (in Aberdeen, MD and Myrtle Beach, SC). I’ve also played in Warner Robins, GA at the Little League Southeast Regional as part of the 12 year VA state championship team. I've been named to the all-tournament team at multiple Perfect Game venues, most recently Fort Myers, FL in October 2019. In short, I love to compete.
I come from a military family, so I’ve been fortunate to participate in sports leagues and teams across the country. I moved to Universal City, TX from Vienna, VA in July 2018, and due to my dad being reassigned back to the Northern VA area (he is still Active Duty Air Force), our family will be moving back to Vienna, VA in summer 2020 for my Senior year of high school. I’m looking forward to picking right back up with former High School and travel baseball teammates.
When not playing baseball, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family (mom Lynn, dad Mark, brother Nick, sister Emily) and am actively involved in my church community. While in TX, I‘ve been a member of the Randolph HS JROTC. As a JROTC Flight Sergeant, I led 15 cadets in various activities such as inspection, drill, and ceremonies. I also organized community service activities for JROTC, and participated in both the Awareness Presentation and Marksmanship Teams. Aside from playing baseball in college, I plan to major in mathematics. I’ve always found math to be fun (especially ERA, K/9, and RBI) and know that number skills translate well to any career. My future interests/possibilities include military service or sports marketing.
