I am excited for the opportunity to tell you something's about myself. I am a sophomore attending Copper Hills High School, in West Jordan Utah. I play baseball for CBA Nevada 2021 and Copper HIlls High School Baseball program. I also play basketball for Copper Hills. I have been playing baseball 11 years and it is a huge part of who I am and who I hope to be. Baseball has meant a lot to me and my family, I have learned about hard- work, sportsmanship, leadership and how to win and lose with dignity. I have made friends that I hope to have for the rest of my life.
I come from a big family, not large in number but in size. I am 6'5" and still growing which I feel gives me an advantage in pitching and in my stretch at 1st base. Being tall also means that I am seen from everywhere. I feel like I need to make sure my actions reflect the kind of person that I can be proud of. I am known amongst my peers as a positive person and a leader. I am excited to be apart of some different clubs at school, CH Pals which is a club where students help kids with special needs at school sponsored activities and I was also voted by my fellow students to be part of CH Hope Squad which is a suicide prevention and positive club. I work hard at school and have a 3.8 which I hope to improve and maintain my whole high school career. I know that academics are the most important and I'm willing to work to make sure I can accomplish my goals. I'm not sure what I want to study in the future but I'm looking into different fields such as medical, business or government.
