I think most people would admit that I am a pretty simple person to figure out. If I like something, you will know it. I talk about it, I devote time to it, and I give it one hundred percent of my effort. For me, that has always been family and baseball. I am one of the middle children in a family of six. I believe that leaders do not always have to be the biggest people in the room, they don't have to be the loudest ones either. Leaders should be good listeners and then lead by example. I feel like I am able to do that, and that is what makes me a great addition to any baseball team.
