Lane Simonsen '24 Recruiting Profile

I am very thankful for the opportunities and abilities that God has blessed me with.  I am grateful for the support of my family, friends, coaches and teammates.  

I am a baseball kid, I have loved the game of baseball my entire life.  I am a multiple sport athlete competing in baseball and basketball.  I also enjoy golfing and fishing when I am not on a baseball field.   Baseball is my passion, I have always been driven to push myself to be the best I can be.  It is a game of grit and resilience that tests you each time you step up to the plate, field a ground ball or throw a pitch from the mound.  

I possess a hard work ethic, strong leadership skills and a competitive edge that help elevate me in life, school and in any sport.  

My goal has always been to attend and graduate from a division one college while playing baseball.  I am looking for a college with a strong academic program as well as a competitive baseball program.
