Riley Anderson '21 Recruiting Profile

I want to be a part of a team that not only wants to win, but wants to grow in skills and work hard along the way. I want to challenge myself and be a contributing factor to the team's success no matter what my role may be. I am an extremely hard worker, I am very coach-able, I am a great leader on and off the field and an even better teammate. I strive to be the best version of myself I can be, and I know I have to work hard every opportunity to achieve that. I don't take anything for granted and I believe that hard work pays off and is the key to my success. As much as softball is a priority in my life, I have and will always put my academics first because I have always tried to be a well rounded athlete as shown in my grades and my softball achievements. I take pride in being in the National Honor Society and a leader among my peers and I don't anticipate that changing in college. Finally, I love meeting and playing with new people and I get along with anyone who shares the same love and passion of the game as I do.
