Personal Statement

After graduating from HS in 2021, my goal is to find a college  that allows me to excel as an athlete and a student. I am a multi-sport athlete playing baseball, football and basketball.   My drive to succeed is also found in the classroom and in the field. I finished the 3rd quarter of my Junior Year with a 3.38.  I am academically driven and have goals to become successful in the business field.  Additionally, I have taken two mission trips to Mexico to practice Spanish and immerse myself in the culture.

I love being a Catcher!  Throwing out runners at 2nd and back-picking runners is cool, but what I really love is stealing strikes by framing up for my pitcher. When there are runners in scoring position, I like to block and smother the ball holding them on base. My favorite thing is calling for that breaking ball and picking it in the dirt for the 3rd strike. I work with my pitchers to make them look good and to be a great teammate.   Given the opportunity, I would like to bring my talent and hard working attitude to a college baseball program that is the right fit for me athletically and academically.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
