Hi! My name is Eli Syverson. It has been my goal to play college baseball ever since I started playing on travel teams. On top of playing collegiate baseball, I also want to be either an anesthesiologist or an anesthesiologist assistant. This particular career intrigues me because I get to help people in need for surgery by making sure they don't feel any pain through the process.
My cumulative GPA is 3.85 and I got a 25 on my ACT. I have taken all honor classes throughout high school and passed with high honors. In fact, during class awards at the end of each year, I have received the Academic Athlete Award due to my high grades and skills as a baseball player three years in a row. I believe I am a great fit to play college baseball because not only am I a plus middle infielder but also I am a very hard worker. I always give my all on and off the field. Coaches won't have to worry about my grades because I am very responsible and will keep them in order. I will also be a great leader for the team. I will encourage my teammates to play hard but also push them to do better, but not in a negative way. I run a 7.2 60, throw 80 across the diamond and held the batting title with my travel baseball team this summer with .354. I am hoping to play for any college that wants me to be a part of them and help them win, whether it's in D1 D2 or D3.
