I am a soon-to-be graduate student that is currently studying and playing baseball at Lawrence University in Appleton Wisconsin. As of the end of my junior year at Lawrence I have a GPA of 3.608, made Academic All-Conference for the Midwest Conference three times, and have made the Dean's list each year as well. This past season I pitched the third most innings for the Lawrence Vikings en route to winning the school's first conference championship in baseball in 42 years.
I am searching for graduate schools at which I might be able to continue playing baseball while pursuing a master's degree in international relations or government. Following my team and I's performance this year, I now have plenty of experience being a part of a winning culture, playing in conference tournaments, and pitching against top competition in NCAA regionals (in which I did not allow a run). I believe I can be a leader on the field and in the classrooms as well as bringing valuable experience to any team I may join.
