I consider myself a good team player who brings a positive attitude and optimism. I became interested in soccer playing with our recreation department and realized how much I liked it and how I could push myself. As a goalkeeper, it is important to motivate your team and stay forward thinking. I became a goalkeeper because anticipating and reacting is a challenge that I like. I look at soccer and school as opportunities to learn about myself and my world. Academically, I enjoy science - biology, forestry, nature, and wildlife. Soccer keeps allows me to be outside and extend that experience. My goal is to work with my coaches to understand how I can improve, visualize the game better, and contribute to the team effort.
