Matt Baumann '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Matt Baumann, and I am a 2020 LHP and CF currently in school at Eisenhower High School in New Berlin, Wisconsin.  I have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old, and I have been playing select baseball since I was 8.  I have been working hard to achieve my goal of playing and succeeding in college baseball.  I feel that I am very coachable, and can make major strides very quickly under any program.  Throughout high school, my GPA has been around the 3.5 area, with this year's semester 1 GPA being a 3.66.  I feel that I am ready both academically and athletically for college.  I am also a multi-sport athlete, as I have been playing football for almost a decade, and I am hoping to have an impact at the varsity level at outside linebacker this year.  I also wrestled most of grade school up until 7th grade.  I am also regularly in the weight room 3 times a week.  I hope you see me as a stand out candidate for joining your program, and helping me achieve my goals.
