Will Bauer '22 Recruiting Profile

Basketball is my Passion and Playing in college is my Dream.   After the past 2 seasons, I have learned allot about the college game and What I expect.  The recruiting process has been a journey with many ups and downs.  I have learned to work through them all be ready for Anything.  At this point, I am looking to narrow my search and be ready to work hard for a Team and Program that offers that Vision.

I plan on Doing Things the Right way - no short cuts.  I will always show Respect to my teammates, refs, coaches, and opponents. I will Prepare myself to be the best player possible. All of my accomplishments will be the result of the Hard Work.  And, no matter what the result, I Will Not Quit striving to be the best student, athlete, teammate, and person possible.  

I pride myself on my work ethic and being the Ultimate Teammate - doing what I need to do to make myself better for the Team and helping my teammates become better.  Overall, I will do whatever the team and the coach need for the Team to be successful.  As a result of our success, my success will follow. 

As a Scholar athlete, I have dedicated myself to be the best student possible.  My grades / GPA (3.7, weighted 4.03) reflect the hard work and time dedicated to my studies.  I take great pride in my academic success.   This success has rewarded me with several college admissions and top level academic scholarships.  

My basketball skills, leadership abilities, work ethic in games and practice, and my strong sense of Team/Family will be of great benefit to any program interested and seeing my value for their program.
