I am a 2021 grad from Sheboygan Falls, Wis. I play football, basketball, golf, and baseball. I started playing baseball when I was 2 years old, and it has always been my favorite sport. I hit left handed, pitch right handed and can play both infield and outfield. I am patient at the plate, but will take advantage of early pitches and drive them far. I understand game situations and act as a field general for my team. My teammates and coaches nicknamed me “The Cleaner” for my ability to come in as a reliever, get the team out of a jam and close out the inning. As a pitcher or hitter, I stay cool in pressure situations, a skill I also use as a football quarterback. I am a dedicated student, keeping a 3.94 GPA or better in high school, while taking advanced courses such as CAPP Pre-calculus, AP English, and Physics as a junior. I maintain good relationships with my teachers. I was asked to mentor and tutor other students. I am an FBLA officer and was selected for the high school leadership team. I strive to be a respectful and responsible person. I want to stand out as a student and athlete. I like working with coaches who challenge me to stretch myself. I accept and apply feedback. As a leader, I pick up teammates when they are struggling and lead by example through my work ethic and skill development. When called to play with the varsity team as a freshman, other players looked to me for on-field leadership. Whether the team is doing well or losing big, I always have my head in the game, know the situations, and give 100% effort. Instead of comparing myself to others, I want to outperform me. I will take any college opportunity to play the game I love as a privilege and would not do anything to put that opportunity at risk. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I hope you will consider me as a prospect for your team.
Mitch Gardner- Club Baseball Coach Statement
To whom it may concern,
I have coached Noah Winter for the past two years on my Bullpen Elite traveling baseball teams. During his time on my team he has shown hard work and true dedication to himself and the team. Whenever he was needed, he no questions asked he was my guy. Noah will always put the team before himself and is a true leader of our team.
Noah’s willingness to learn and work hard to become a better player will be a major asset to a future college program. Noah will always be the first person at practice and the last player to leave.
He has a very solid frame and you can’t get him out of the gym. Noah plays a very good centerfield and can reach just about any ball hit in his area. He has a very smooth left-handed swing with the bat and can hit gap to gap. If I was a college coach Noah would be on the top of my list for recruits.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have.
Thanks,
Mitch Gardner
