Personal Statement

I have been playing basketball since I was three years old. Since I was little I've always wanted to compete at the collegiate level. I am a strong three point shooter, and I have a very high basketball IQ.  I enjoy taking the leadership role of the team by helping and encouraging my teammates to better their game. I am a very coach-able athlete and push myself to be my best day in and day out, on and off the court. I received second-team all-conference for the EWC this past season.

Off the court, I maintain a 3.2 GPA. I also volunteer at my church over the summer and I am in Future Business Leaders of America club in my school.

I want to attend a school that will help me pursue my passion on and off the court. I am open to all options and want to find the right college match for me and is at the highest level of competition possible. I want to make my friends and family proud.
