Gavin Steppert '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches!  My name is Gavin and I'm currently in my senior year of high school with a a GPA over 3.0.  I'm taking some challenging classes this year such as, BIO IB, Psych IB 2 and Physics IB to get me as prepared as possible for college.   One of my primary goals, ahead of going to college, is  getting an invitation to play college level baseball and choosing a path that will fit for me.  I've played baseball since I was a toddler and absolutely love the game.  My friends see me as a very determined person,  when I put my mind to getting something done, I will do whatever I need to do in order to achieve it. I'm also a very friendly person, I love to get to know about my teammates and have fun.

My family has been a host-family for the last several years for the Northwoods League in Northcentral Wisconsin.  Through this program we have met and formed lasting relationships with many young athletes and supported them on their journey.  I've seen it from the outside looking in, and now it's my turn.  I'm so excited to get my college baseball career started!
