I am Ava Johnson and I am 16 years old. I have done competitive cheer at Terre Haute Cheer University for 13 years and I have done varsity sideline cheer since 2021. I have been on levels 1,2,3,4, and 4.2. On my teams I back spot, main base, and side base, but I prefer side basing. I have level 1 tumbling with a few level 3 skills like series ariels, front punch, and front punch step-outs. I also enjoy basing my teammates in coed style stunts. Within cheer and school alike, I am very hardworking and also self-reliant. In school I am very self-disciplined when it comes to doing schoolwork and getting good grades. Along with getting good grades, I am involved with my schools Interact Club which is a high honor club that requires a GPA of 3.60 or above to participate, and I am in National Honors Society. Within my clubs I do a lot of community service such as cleaning up trash around town and many other things.
