I have been cheering since 5th grade. I have always been main base or a backspot in any stunt I have ever been in. I normally only base. My skills levels are varied. Because of a knee injury when I was younger I wasn’t able to tumble, so after I healed I never had the desire to try. I can’t even do a basic cartwheel. I, however, make up for tumbling with my stunting. I have been a main base for basic preps, full extensions, cradles- from extension, full downs- from extension, full ups, basket toss, libs, scorpions, elevators, and much more. I have been named, “Loudest & Most Peppy” on the team since I can remember. It would be a great honor to cheer at a collegiate level. Mainly because I’m so dedicated, but also to prove all the people wrong who said big girls don’t cheer in college. My main reason for aspiring to be a college cheerleader is my extreme passion for cheerleading. I just want to continue doing the one thing I love, and potentially be a coach in a few years.
