Ashley Garnar '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Ashley and I’m excited to be starting my senior year as team Captain. I have been cheering since I was 6 years old. Throughout my years of experience, I have cheered on multiple teams such as competitive youth, half year all star, middle school, JV, and Varsity. I have been a base and backspot. Although I love backspotting, I stopped growing so this year I am basing and having a blast! I love competition cheer, game day competition cheer and cheering for football. I have a 93.5 average in school and I’ve been on the highest honor roll since 6th grade. In addition, I love to sing, dance, and act so I love to perform in front of crowds! I’ve even sung the national anthem at local games, competitions, and events since 7th grade. I work hard to learn more in this sport anytime I can because I love to cheer and I would love to have the chance to continue it in college! :)
