Hi, my name is Gianna Truisi and I am a varsity cheerleader at Kellenberg Memorial High School. I began cheer the winter season of freshman year and it has been my passion ever since then. I have been a flyer for the JV and Varsity team throughout high school. My goal is to continue cheerleading in college. I developed many skills for cheer from participation on the competitive dance team and competitive gymnastics team before high school. I’ve developed endurance and stamina by always pushing myself to do my best. I hold myself to very high standards in everything that I do. The important roles I believe I bring to a team would be my spirit, leadership skills, commitment, and ability to adapt quickly. I recognize the honor it is to be a team member and that we are ambassadors to provide school spirit, encourage enthusiastic crowd participation and promote good sportsmanship amongst each other. I am a dedicated athlete to my team, an honors student in all classes, a member of the National Honor Society, part-time manager at SoBol, and I babysit. I’m fortunate to have great relationships with my friends and value the love and support of my family. I look forward to the opportunity to continue my passion for cheer at the collegiate level.
