My name is Yahaira and I am a great candidate to be on your team because I take cheerleading very seriously and I believe that hard work pays off. I strongly believe in working as hard as possible to achieve a goal. Without hard work, it would be hard to achieve your dreams. I aspire to push myself as much as I can, grow as an athlete and as an individual, and make a significant impact on the team. I take pride in what I do, I'm a leader and I encourage others around me to be the best they can be. What makes me different from other recruits is that I refuse to give up, I'm a fast learner, I will give my all to show how hard working and dedicated I am, I'm an honor roll student, I take what I do very seriously, there’s time to mess around after the job is complete, and I get the work done regardless how hard the challenge is.
