Breanna Shafer '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Breanna Shafer! Cheer has been apart of my life since the age of 6. I started competition cheer at my hometown gym,  Horizons in Mauriceville, Texas and cheered there until I was 14.   I then decided it was time to follow my dream of making a worlds team, so I tried out at Woodlands Elite to start that journey. . I drive 2 hours to practice, my dedication and passion for this sport is something I love so much.  My first year with the Woodlands, I was on SWAT, year of 2021, and won NCA and Cheersport. Year of 2022 I am Colonels, which is a small, all girl level 6. I am very encouraging and uplifting to every athlete I pass on the floor. Mat talking has always been my thing. I love bringing up others and encouraging others to always do their best. I am always hungry to be a better athlete and person.
