To me, field hockey is not just a game. The sport is a way of life to be surrounded by people who support each other and develop a family to conquer all of our goals together as a team. I am a team player and want to be apart of a team who plays together, not against each other. I am a player who puts in the effort to be an essential to the team and works hard on and off the field to be the best player the team deserves.

Academic Accomplishments
Are you in honor classes?
Yes. For the past three years I have been taking English Honors courses, which are an enhancement from the regular honors courses by adding more essays, novels, and analyzing readings. Each year teacher's challenge the students to understand a reading from the author's perspective in order to get a better understanding of the tone and emotion used in every line. Essays have been used to get in touch to the personal sides of students, evaluate culture, and research reoccurring issues in the society people live in today. The issues covered have included racial discrimination, gender inequality, and gun rights.Are you in AP/IB classes?
