Victoria Nechuta '29 Recruiting Profile

Born in Argentina, I discovered my passion for field hockey at age six—an early start that fostered speed, 3D skills, and strong decision-making. After moving to the U.S. in 2021, I’ve continued to sharpen my play through multi-sport experiences, excelling academically while staying dedicated to developing as a forward/midfielder.

With no field hockey offered at the high school level in Florida, I actively seek out competitive opportunities. I compete in national tournaments with my club, participate in the Nexus program, and guest-play for other teams to improve my skills and game awareness. From training drills to game-day intensity, I’m committed to hard work, staying coachable, and pushing myself to reach higher levels in the sport.

Although I’m an 8th grader now, my long-term goal is to play collegiate field hockey. As I grow both on and off the field, I look forward to bringing my evolving expertise, multi-sport perspective, and unwavering determination to a college program that values a strong work ethic and passion for the game.
