Shealy Callahan '22 Recruiting Profile

As COVID has impacted 2020 and my junior season, I am eager to compete in 2021, become an even stronger defender, and help lead and elevate my teams with successful seasons. I have already proven to be a leader both on the field hockey field and in the classroom and am confident that I will be an asset to any driven college team. I appreciate the challenge of travel competition and working tirelessly to push myself to be the best while priding myself on being a resilient defender with strong stick and communication skills. I’m known as hard-working, coachable and respectful. I truly enjoy working as a team and value the community that field hockey has created for me. I bring passion, drive, and intelligence to the field and the classroom, holding myself to a very high standard. I have a deep desire to lead my OPRF and RISE Travel FH teams to success this next year and then elevate my skills and competition at the next level in college.
