My goals and aspirations for college are to get my degree in nursing and to play field hockey. I believe that I will be a good candidate to the team because I am willing and able to play whenever and wherever a coach needs me. I also am willing to do anything I can to get the ball in the goal or to set up an open shot on goal for another teammate. Also, I can have an uplifting personality on and off of the field lifting up my teammates around me after a hard and rough game. What makes me different in character to other recruits is I am very aware that I have to work for my spot on the team and to stay there. In addition to that, when I get opportunities on the field I never take them for granted and I also do not like when people brag about what they've done therefore I never do it because I know what it feels like to not get the opportunities that other people got. Another thing that makes me different in character and athletics is I am very aware of my skill and I use it to better the team and to help out my other teammates and not to showoff or make anybody else feel less then. In academics I am always on top of my grades and dislike when my grade even gets down to a 90%, so I am always trying to bring my grade up and get in any missing assignment. In addition to keeping my grades up I always help my classmates with any work they need help on. Something else that makes me stand out in athletics is I am always thankful and grateful for everybody on my team and I do not let off the field issues come onto the fields with me, when I step on the field all the problems from regular life do not find there way on the field with me. Lastly, in all of the ways character, academics, and athletics I am aware of my strengths and weaknesses that are useful to better myself and more importantly the people around me.
