Ever since I was young, I have always played sports and been a part of a team. I played soccer, lacrosse, hockey, and gymnastics. Being on these teams have taught me to be the team player I am on and off the field. However, one of the biggest turning points was when I picked up a field hockey stick. Immediately, I could not stop practicing as field hockey became my passion.
As a freshman at Andover High School, I contributed to my team winning the Massachusetts Division 1 Championship this past season. This experience taught me how to work together as a team to achieve our goal, which led to our success. Off the field, I am taking Level 1 courses. I have done well in all of my classes, as my desire is to play in college and I look for a school that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I will strive to make an impact early on in college and look forward to the opportunities ahead.
