Anna Rusconi '26 Recruiting Profile

I play goalie on varsity for Middlesex school in Concord, MA and Wizards field hockey club.  I love high pressure situations like shootouts because I love reading players' moves and stopping them. I work hard at practices, love my teammates and think I'm really coachable. In the classroom, I’m usually the one most active in discussion and I study hard to maintain high honors and high GPA. When I'm not on the field on in class, I'm working the power saw, organizing all the actors and designing the sound and lights for theater tech. I also study Mandarin, am learning Japanese on my own and am the head of the Astronomy Club where I get to use our school’s incredible telescope and am working on photographing and mapping star clusters. But probably my favorite place in the world is in a canoe in the Canadian backcountry, portaging my own boat plus 150 pound gear down white water rivers and lakes. I'm also part of a big family with a lot of cousins and dogs.
