My name is Audrey Ross and I have played field hockey since I was in fourth grade. I currently play club field hockey for Uprise Field Hockey Club, and I have earned a spot on my high school varsity field hockey team since Freshman year. I have participated in numerous tournaments including Junior Disney Showcase, Disney Showcase, Shooting Star, NIT's, NCC's, JPOL and JPIL. My team has recently earned the first seed in NJ for NCC's.
I am a hard working, goal oriented student who plans to study Communication Disorders, Biochemistry or a branch of Neuroscience in college. In past summers, I have volunteered at Gloucester County Special Services School where I help special education teachers, aids, occupational therapists and speech therapists.
My work ethic, dedication, willingness to learn, and "coachability" are all reasons why I would be a great candidate for playing at the collegiate level. In addition to the characteristics mentioned above, I also possess great time management skills. This allows me to easily maintain my academic and athletic life. I am a very organized and dedicated student who holds pride in my academic record. I am enrolled in the highest level classes that have been offered to me. These classes for the 2018/2019 school year include Honors Spanish 4, Honors Pre-Calculus, AP Chemistry, Orchestra (violin), AP US History II, AP Psychology and AP English.
