Hi! Margaret Haskell is my full name, but everyone calls me Molly. I'm a member of the 2024 graduating class from Charlotte, North Carolina. I play club hockey for Charlotte Ambush, currently for the U19 Elite White indoor team. My indoor team won our NIT bracket in 2020. I'm a multi-year starter on my high school's varsity team and I was selected to the All-Conference second team in 2021, after the 2022 season, I was first team All Conference, second team All-State and recognized in the Charlotte Observer's All Charlotte team. I want to keep improving at field hockey and eventually play in college. I want to do well in college and am thinking about going into sports psychology, teaching, or business. I am persistent, competitive, and enthusiastic. Coaches and team members describe me as a natural leader, and I feel passionate about field hockey. I worked as a field hockey coach in a camp for younger girls this summer and really enjoyed teaching the younger players and passing on my love of the game. I played competitive soccer for pretty much my whole life and it wasn’t until I played indoor field hockey for the first time that I realized that I wanted to pursue playing field hockey in college. I look forward to what the future holds and hope you consider me to be on your team!
