From the time I first picked up a stick I couldn’t get enough of field hockey. From that moment on I try to play as much field hockey as I can, playing club and for school, clinics and camps. There is nothing more that I love to do and I want to continue playing at the highest level I can. I always want to challenge myself. Whether it’s sprinting at practice or we are losing by seven goals I always give 110%. I never give up even if there’s something I can’t do, I work hard to get it right then practice it until I can’t get it wrong. I show respect for my teammates and my coaches on and off the field, and take criticism well. My teammates are my family and my best friends, and are one of the reasons I fell in love with the sport. Field hockey is more than a sport to me, it is something I fell in love with and want to keep playing for as long as I can.
