Jackie Skalski'20...Personal Statement
Ever since I first picked up a basketball at the age of six, I always wanted to challenge myself to reach my full potential. With that said, my main goal is to be a good leader on and off the court. My sense of determination allows me to achieve on and off the court, I maintain a 3.5 GPA. I want to further my education while furthering my basketball career. I am looking for a program where I can achieve academically and athletically. I try my hardest to make my teammates look good and never get down on themselves. Overall, I work to be a great leader on and off the court.
My passion for basketball was sparked in the second grade. I always loved the game. Every time I step on the court, I want to not only make myself better, but my teammates as well. Through bad games, overcoming difficulties, I have learned how to use my passion to be the best version of myself.
