My name is Olivia Ingram and am currently a Junior at B. Reed Henderson High School, located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. My goal post high school is enroll at a college/university that will satisfy both my academic, as well as my athletic aspirations.
I know that as a 5'5", 130 lb. defender, I can contribute not only my athletic ability, knowledge of the game of field hockey, but also my commitment to the betterment to the team as a whole, not just myself as an individual player.
I feel I stand out from other recruits in a variety of ways. My character is based on staying true to myself and being the BEST on and off the field. Giving 100% is the norm for me whether its during a game or in practice. I am constantly trying to improve myself by playing club hockey as well as for my high school team. I feel I have proven myself through out my high school career both in athletics and academics. I have been most recently named to the second team in the Chesmont All - Conference division, DLN All-Area Honorable mention, and most consistent defensive player for my high school varsity team. My overall GPA is currently a 4.4.
I am extremely excited to play field hockey on the collegiate level. I am anticipating the opportunity to contribute to a team, to be the best player I can be on the field and the best academic student I can be inside the classroom.
