Throughout my years of playing high school field hockey, I’ve faced many challenges and learned many different things. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is winning isn’t everything. To me, winning is having an amazing team, a team that builds each other up, and possesses the skill of amazing sportsmanship.
I believe I have many qualities of what it takes to play for your team. My love for the game and competitiveness will never disappoint. No matter the situation, you won’t find me giving up. I will have a strong desire to be the best I can be.
Outside of athletics, I have a GPA of 3.8, which shows my work ethic. I take AP, Honors, and Dual enrollment classes pushing me to do my best work, and be a devoted student-athlete. I also am involved other extracurriculars such as IEA (Interscholastic Equestrian Association), which has taught me a lot about time management and sportsmanship.
I have a very strong drive to improve, which isn’t a trait you find in everybody.
