I’ve been passionate about playing sports from a young age, playing rec soccer, basketball, and eventually doing competitive gymnastics for 11 years. I fell in love with field hockey through rec programs in middle school and decided to commit to it full time by playing club field hockey. As a sophomore, I was a varsity starter in the midfield and contributed to my team making it to state quarterfinals and was also named to the Patriot District all tournament team. I pride myself on my communication and ability to move the ball up the field through both dribbling and passing. My strengths on the field also include defending corners, and as a left midfielder, defending the opposing team’s strong side. I value working hard both on and off the field as I’m current taking IB, AP, and Honors classes. I have a 4.27 GPA and I am in Math and National Honor Society. I volunteer at my local church food bank, coach rec field hockey, as well as plan and run Cookies for Soldiers each holiday season.
