Sports have always played an important role in my life. When I was little, it was club soccer for 10 years, now it's field hockey. Playing a team sport builds character and it gives people a sense of belonging. The camaraderie, the team goals, and the team spirit that comes along with being on a team is something special, something I always look for and forward to when playing on a team. I'm different than other recruits because I am a very coachable athlete, I put in 110% in everything I do, on and off the field, and when I start something, academics or athletics, I stick it out until the very end. I am a great candidate for your college team because it's not only about the winning aspect of sports, it's how we get there as a team. Off season training, practice, extra conditioning hours, the team building outside of the field, and playing as a team is the most important for any player and coach. Watching your team grow and expand, watching them doing well, being a part of that pride and spirit for the school, having something to be involved in with the school, and win or lose, because you grew together, the team is your family and there is nothing that can replace that.
