I am Casey Van Glanden and I love to play golf. I really enjoy golf because it makes me think about how I want to play each shot. There is an element to golf where the game focuses all on the player, and other players can’t directly influence play. Golf has given me the opportunity to do something fun outside with or without other people and to just enjoy myself. There is this feeling in golf when the perfect shot is hit whether it’s a hit fairway right down the middle, or a perfectly read putt with perfect speed going in the center of the cup that is indescribable and an amazing sensation. I also do bowling as well as I only play during the winter months and early spring. I love to watch sports and am very passionate when it comes to the game of ice hockey. I have never played ice hockey, but I love to watch it as I constantly keep track of what is happening in the NHL. Golf is something that I also love to watch because it is the sport that I play for most of the year. I have always wanted to be involved with something whether it is sports analysis, sports broadcasting, or the player side of sports when it comes to contracts in becoming a sports agent. If I ever had the chance to become one of those things or just work for sports, that would be a dream come true.
