My name is Tyrel Page. I attend Crescent Heights High School in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. I play linebacker and running back for my senior varsity football team. I began my football journey when I was eight and have been involved ever since. In my young career I have been awarded the rookie of the year award for my junior varsity team. And this past season I was awarded the commissioners award as a rookie on my senior varsity team. I have also been selected to the southern Alberta provincial team for the past two season. My school is known for two things our Fine Arts programs, and our athletics department. I participate in both the drama club and the school band as well as playing many sports for my school including. Badminton, soccer, rugby, and football. All of these sports have taught me valuable lessons about teamwork, leadership, perseverance, and self-improvement. Academically I have been on the honor role many times throughout elementary and middle school. I have also achieved awards for leadership and teamwork in that time. My favorite subject is Science and I hope to pursue a career in the field of chemistry or physics. In my free time, I like to read books mostly in the genres of science fiction and fantasy but have explored the genres of horror and mystery for the last few years. I am also in a garage band where I take on the role of guitarist and lead vocals. Next year I will be completing my National Lifeguard course. I believe in putting in the work beforehand so that when my opportunities arise I am able to take full advantage and showcase my abilities to the fullest extent.
