I would have to say sports was the best choice I ever made to do when I was young. At the time starting out I was a 9 year old short 189 pound obese kid maybe 5´6¨ at the time but what set me apart even at that age was I could run fast, especially at my size it was no joke. And most of all I could compete and wouldn't stop for no one no matter how much faster, bigger, or stronger I always had the mindset I would WIN! I never thought for a day in my life I would be come the man in the mirror that I see everyday. I´ve carried that mindset everywhere and has never left me but I also learned to be humble along the way never forgetting how hard i had to work and were i came from. I learned everything I had was earned and never given to me from my parents to the grades I were given in school, I learned hard work triumphs over anything if your willing to do it and take the time and dedication to achieve it. I want to achieve a lot of dreams and challenges at the next level not only playing football but also track n´ field in college as well.
Sports has unlocked so many doors, that you learn to enjoy every moment of it even the tiniest things. I´ve gained life long friends from camps and club teams to even little children that have never meet me in person that I´ve made a impact on and effected just by the way i carry myself and showed my leadership it effects the community and society as a whole. Football is my opportunity to change not only my life but the peoples around me i encounter and lord bless me the program that would take me as there own. I wouldn´t be the young man i am today if it wasn't for football, my parents, my coaches, and the influences around me, I want a program to take a chance on me and give me the opportunity to help bring a national championship to there program, not only that but the school.
