I have been playing golf since I was 9 years old. I started with the First Tee and even from that young age, I wanted to become great at the sport. Getting into high school and playing more competitive golf, I realized that making it to a collegiate team is my ultimate goal.
I am one of the longest and most accurate drivers out there but also can perform well on approach shots, as well as around the greens. I am very open to criticism and put in the work to constantly improve in many ways. I have a strong competitive spirit and strive to be the best in everything I do, whether it be golf or academics.
I am a very hardworking student and obtain a 4.65 weighted GPA. I am currently in the top 2% of my class. I participate in high-level, honors, and AP courses.
I am interested in a college that will be a good fit for me athletically, but also push me with a rigorous education. I will continue to push myself in order to maintain my grades and continue to improve my golf game so I can play for a competitive school. In the end, I want to show myself that this is possible, but also show everyone who has helped me along the way that it was all worthwhile.
