Dear Coach,
My name is Alec Foster and I'm a starting Sophomore at Carlisle High here in central Arkansas. I have a 3.8 GPA while taking advanced math classes. I'm 16 years old, my height is 6'0" and I weigh roughly 255 lbs. I'm a mentally tough competitor that has started on both sides of the ball (Center, OT, & DT) for the past 10 years. I'm an aggressive team player that loves contact and I've always been respectful towards my coaches. During this off-season in addition to strength training in the weightroom, I will be getting my 40 speed up & work on getting better/quicker feet.
